Man – Excuse me. Sir? 

Employee – Yes, what can I do for you?

Man – (Pointing) That machine ate my dollar! 

Employee – (looking confused) And? 

Man – Well, I’d like to be reimbursed! 

Employee – Well, no…see...you can’t… 

Man – (interrupting) Listen pal, are you going to give me my money back or not?!? 

Employee – Frankly, no! 

Man – And just why not? 

            (Father to son years later) 

Father – …and that son, is why daddy has never been back to Las Vegas.
